B'B' and her friend, Mrs. Barbara won a silent auction bid on a beach house in Panama City Beach last week. The girls and I headed down on Thursday afternoon to spend a couple of nights with them at the beach. Jim chose to stay home since it was all girls going on this trip. Mom really wanted to take us out to eat one night so we decided the first night would be best since we were already dressed (not coming straight from beach/pool). We went to a restaurant that had a pool in the front with live alligators. Both girls found it very entertaining to watch the alligators while we waited on our food.
MV took this picture of me standing with the big alligator statue inside the restaurant
Mary Varner's turn for a picture with the big alligator!
Janey hanging out with B'B' while we wait for our food
Posing for a picture on the beach. The water was very brown because of all the rain from the week before.
Janey found lots of seashell pieces

Mary Varner was the only one that got in the water. I tried but as soon as it hit my feet, I changed my mind. It was FREEZING! I really do not know how she stayed in there!!
The beach house community had a shopping area with a few shops and a ice cream parlor. The girls got an ice cream cone, and posed for this fun picture!
