Last weekend he asked me what I wanted for Valentine's Day, and I told him that I saw some chocolate strawberries from Publix that looked yummy. Well, he came home Thursday night and told me that the only ones left at Publix looked bad, and he was not sure if he was going to be able to find any. I told him just get some flowers or whatever that it really was not a big deal. On Friday, he and his boss came up with a plan to go to the Sam's down the street from work and get the supplies to make some themselves (I guess they looked up how to make them). They got all the supplies including nice white boxes to put them in, and went to his boss's house and made the strawberries for me and his boss's wife(all during one of the busiest times at work he has had in a very long time). When he got home and gave them to me I did not believe that he actually made them. He pulled out his phone and showed me pictures that they took while making the strawberries. Needless to say, I was surprised and felt very special that he went through all that to get me some chocolate strawberries.
