AWANA

We had our awards ceremony this Wednesday for our Awana program at church. Both girls received an attendance certificate. In addition, Mary Varner got a ribbon for completing the 1st book for Sparks, and a medal for the Best Sportmanship. The Best Sportmanship medal was an award that was voted on by all the leaders for one boy and one girl to receive. We are very proud of her for getting this award. This program is such a wonderful program that really helps train the next generation in God's word, and reaches out to many families within the community that do not have Church homes.
