Still no computer so until we get a new one I am going to try and write things on the blog that is going on so that when we do get a computer then I can just post pictures to go along with what I have written. I am going to try and not get too far behind on postings!!

I took Janey to her 15month check-up and shots yesterday. Yes, she is over 16months old but somehow this appointment did not get scheduled, so we finally got it done! She weighed 21 pounds (25%) and she was 31 inches long (50%). She is tiny in my eyes because Mary Varner was such a BIG baby! Anyway, doctor said she was doing great and was impressed with her verbal skills. She talks about as much as Mary Varner did at this age but it is just not as clear....I have to be her interpreter most of the time. Her latest addition to her talking is "can coo" which is "thank you" and she says it on her own when you give her something without needing a prompt. Also,every animal she sees she calls them a "burr"(bear) or "ocar" (Oscar,our dog).
