Mississippi Fun

I took the girls to Mississippi last week for Mary Varner to go to VBS with Nana, and for all of us to hang out and have fun with family! We got to spend the week with Ben also because on the day that we left for Mississippi, Mollie Grace Elder, was born 6 weeks early! While Nana and Mary Varner were at Bible School, Janey and I would go to Grandaddy and Nana's house for Janey to take her morning nap, and play with Ben while he was hanging out with Grandaddy! Janey and Ben really had a good time playing with each other, and she would get so excited when she would see him. At one point she was practically running towards him to give him a hug and just about knocked him down. Ben just looked at her like what in the world are you doing? We also enjoyed staying with B'B' and Mimi,and hanging out with my brother, Jennifer, Hayden, Allie, Papa Doc and Kay Kay. MV and Allie have become really big buddies and I think that next summer we may have to setup for each girl to go spend a week at each other's house. It was a very fun week with all the family! The trip home was MUCH better than the trip to Mississippi when Janey screamed for the first 4 hours straight!! On the way home, she actually slept for 1 hour and a half, and enjoyed watching a PRaise Baby video (thanks Rena), and a Barney video!

On Saturday, Mom and I met up with Nana, Ben, and Kelli Netson at Chuck-E-Cheese for some air conditioned playtime!! The children had a great time!!

I was SO excited about them actually sleeping (at the same time) on the way home that I had to take a picture! This rarely happens on trips now that there are two!!
