Mary Varner and Janey are BIG time Daddy's girls. Jim gets attacked by both of them as soon as he steps foot in the house after work! I am trying to get it on video because Mary Varner runs and practically knocks him down by grabbing his legs in a bear hug, and Janey speed crawls over to him chanting "Da-Da, Da-Da" the whole time (it is very sweet)! I am so thankful that Jim is such a wonderful daddy, and I look forward to seeing these daddy/daughter bonds grow and develop even more in the future.
P.S. I asked MV the other day who her Valentine was thinking she was going to say her "boyfriend", Josh, but she looked at me and pointed to Jim and said, "Daddy"! Jim is talking about taking her on a Daddy-Daughter date this weekend for Valentine's Day....I will post about that next week.
