First Trip to the Dentist!

Today was Mary Varner's first trip to the dentist! Jim and I talked to her about everything they were going to do to try to prepare her. She was very excited this morning when she got up and I was praying that she would not get scared when we got there especially since she gets nervous when she hears certain noises! She did GREAT!!! When she first got in the chair she looked at me with a little bit of question in her eyes, but once the hygienist put the sunglasses on and turned Dora on to watch she was good to go!! The hygienist and dentist were wonderful in making everything very kid friendly, and explaining everything they were going to do before they did it! She was so proud of her teeth when we got home...she kept going into the bathroom and smiling in the mirror to look at them:) She is growing up too fast!
